The Centricity Aspire Relationship Management Program is designed to help candidates start or transition into a career in Relationship and Wealth Management through structured training and assured placement* opportunities.

The program is open to candidates from any discipline, including graduates, postgraduates, and early-career professionals, who are interested in relationship management, wealth distribution, channel development, and financial services.

Candidates will be trained and deployed as Assistant Relationship Managers (ARM) in domains such as Wealth Distribution and Channel Development.

  • UG candidates: ₹3.6 LPA + performance-based incentives
  • PG candidates: ₹4.6 LPA + performance-based incentives

Final compensation is subject to successful program completion and role allocation.

Yes. Candidates earn a ₹35,000 stipend during the 2-month paid internship.
There is no stipend during the 1-month training phase.
