This program is designed for postgraduates who can commit to an intensive, full-time 30-day training journey and are expected to join immediately as an Equity Relationship Manager (RM) upon successful completion. You may apply only if you can fully dedicate yourself to the training period and are available to start full-time employment with Mirae Asset Sharekhan after certification.
Q2. How does the selection process work?
The selection process has three steps to ensure readiness and fit:
- Knowledge Readiness Test (online) : A short objective test to assess financial basics and aptitude.
- FinX Interview & Grooming : A session focusing on communication, attitude and role-readiness; includes personalised feedback.
Final Interview with Mirae Asset Sharekhan : The last selection round taken by the employer prior to issuing a provisional offer, can be online/offline

The total program fee is ₹25,000 + 18% GST + ₹1500/- NISM Fees. Payment is required only after you receive a provisional offer letter confirming your selection.

As an Equity Relationship Manager you will typically:
- Build and manage client relationships and investor portfolios.

- Follow defined sales/advisory KRAs and compliance processes.
