TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms C Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of www.finxpert.org (“Platform”) operated by AV Financial Experts Network Private Limited (CIN: U67100MH2018PTC318889), having its registered office at Plot No. 112, Mezanine Floor, Above Tata Croma, Near Sion Circle, Sion East, Mumbai – 400022 (“FinX” / “Company”). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, purchasing any course or product (“Product”), or using any services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms along with the Privacy Policy and applicable Payment Partner terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
Definition:
“FinX Group” refers collectively to the group of affiliated entities operating under the ‘FinX’ umbrella, including but not limited to:
AV Financial Experts Network Pvt. Ltd.,
Center for Investment Education and learning Pvt Ltd,
CLF (Centre for Learning Foundation),
ID FinXpert skilling Foundation
FinX Institute Private limited (Formerly BSE Institute Limited.)

Together, these entities collaborate to deliver comprehensive services in financial education, literacy, training, and recruitment. References to “FinX Group” in this Agreement shall include all the above entities, their respective units, initiatives, and future subsidiaries unless explicitly stated otherwise.

“FinX Group” includes affiliated entities operating under the FinX umbrella for financial education, training, and recruitment services.

FinX provides financial skill development programs, training, certification support, and placement assistance. The Company does not guarantee any job placement, internship, or employment. “FinX Group” includes affiliated entities operating under the FinX umbrella delivering education,training,literacy,and recruitment services.

Upon purchase, the User is granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to accessthe subscribed Product. Access beginsfrom the date of purchase. Content is provided on an “as is” basis and access may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond the Company’s control.

If FinX assists with enrolment for National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) examinations, the User shall be solely responsible for maintaining accurate profile details, email credentials, and password security. Exam fees paid must be utilized within one year from the date of payment, failing which the amount may be forfeited. FinX acts only as a facilitator or pure agent for onward payment to NISM and shall not be responsible for profile inaccuracies or failure to schedule examinations.

All purchases are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Users are responsible for ensuring system compatibility before purchase. Refunds, if any, shall be granted solely at the discretion of the Company in exceptional cases. Payments are processed through authorized third- party gateways such as Razorpay or Paytm. FinX does not store payment credentials and is not liable for payment gateway errors, unauthorized transactions, or related disputes.

Users agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, commercially exploit, or share any content or materials available on the Platform. Users shall not attempt unauthorized access,misuse the Platform, or provide inaccurate information.Breach of these Terms may resultin suspension ortermination of access without notice.

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, Products, content, materials, trademarks, and related assets are exclusively owned by the Company. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform or Services. The total liability of the Company shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the relevant Product giving rise to the claim. The Company makes no guarantee regarding employment outcomes and shall not be responsible for third-party websites or external links.

All Services and content are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Use of the Platform is at the User’s own risk. The Company is an independent entity and is not affiliated with any government authority or institution unless expressly stated.

User information shall be retained asrequired under applicable lawsfor compliance, audit, and operational purposes. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai. By using the Platform, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.
